Who We Are
Olympic Psychology Services is a group practice of licensed clinicians rooted in the heart of downtown Tacoma, Washington. We provide a full range of mental health care - individual therapy, couples counseling, psychological testing, and telehealth, as well as innovative tools such as Dungeons and Dragons Table Top Therapy. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and older adults throughout the South Puget Sound region, and all of Washington. We built OPS on a simple conviction: that people deserve access to highly trained, genuinely attentive clinicians in a space that feels safe and welcoming. That means providers who take the time to really know their clients. It means a local practice where your therapist is your neighbor, not an algorithm. And it means care that's tailored to you - not a one-size-fits-all approach driven by volume or convenience. We are not a large, impersonal company with more focus on "platforms" and marketing budget over client. We are Tacoma's own. And we believe that matters.

A highly credentialed team matched to what you need Our team spans doctoral-level and masters level licensed clinicians. That range is intentional. It means we can match you with the right expertise for your specific situation. Maybe that's a licensed therapist for individual or couples work, a psychologist for complex assessment or neuropsychological evaluation, or a specialist whose training lines up with exactly what you're dealing with. Not every practice can offer that kind of thoughtful fit.
Therapy and psychological testing under one roof. Most practices offer therapy. Fewer offer comprehensive psychological assessment. OPS does both - meaning that if you or your child needs an evaluation and ongoing therapy, you can receive coordinated, cohesive care without being referred to a separate provider.
Truly local - rooted in Tacoma We are a Tacoma practice, full stop. Most of our clinicians live and work in the same communities they serve. We know this city, we care about its people, and we're invested in the wellbeing of the South Puget Sound in a way that a national chain never could be.
