Dr. Zimmerman's fee structure:
Dr. Zimmerman does not contract with health insurance
companies at this time. However, she does have a number
of available payment options:

Out-of-network insurance benefits
Most insurance companies will pay out-of-network rates for
a psychological assessment. The percentage that insurance
will pay depends on your plan. Dr. Zimmerman is happy to
work with clients to help them determine their benefits,
and will also provide documentation that clients can submit
to their insurance company for reimbursement. In this
situation, Dr. Zimmerman requires a deposit from the client
to secure a testing date, and then collects the balance of
the fee upon completion of the assessment.

Third-party payer
Dr. Zimmerman works with third-party payers for
psychological assessments; for example, sometimes a school
district, a liability insurance company, a law firm, a court
system or another government agency is paying for the
assessment. In this case Dr. Zimmerman requires a
refundable deposit from the client to secure a testing date,
and then bills the third-party payer.

Out-of-pocket (self pay)
Clients also have the option of paying for the assessment
out-of-pocket. In this case, Dr. Zimmerman requires a
deposit from the client to secure a testing date, and then
collects the balance of the fee upon completion of the
assessment.
